THICKLAND TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

LEGAL AGREEMENT

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in all Thickland events, programs, activities, exhibitions, conferences, brunches, fashion shows, competitions, networking events, and affiliated experiences.

Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

EVENT DISCLAIMER

All schedules, speakers, entertainers, exhibitors, sponsors, attractions, and activities are subject to change without notice.

No guarantee is made regarding:

Celebrity appearances
Vendors
Speakers
Fashion designers
Programming

TICKET SALES POLICY

All sales are final.

No refunds.

No exchanges.

No credits.

No transfers unless expressly approved by management.

Events may proceed rain or shine.

EVENT CANCELLATION

Should an event be postponed, rescheduled, relocated, or modified, Thickland reserves the sole discretion to determine applicable remedies.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance.

Including:

Trips
Falls
Injury
Illness
Food allergies
Crowds
Transportation issues
Property damage

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Attendees release and forever discharge:

Thickland
Officers
Directors
Employees
Contractors
Volunteers
Sponsors
Exhibitors
Venue owners
Hotel partners
Affiliates

from all claims arising from participation.

EXHIBITOR TERMS

Exhibitors agree:

To conduct business legally
To maintain all required permits
To maintain insurance if required
To comply with venue regulations
To comply with health regulations

Thickland may remove exhibitors without refund for:

Misrepresentation
Illegal activity
Unsafe conduct
Disruptive behavior

FOOD VENDOR TERMS

Food vendors are solely responsible for:

Permits
Licensing
Food safety compliance
Insurance

Thickland assumes no responsibility for food-related incidents.

FASHION SHOW PARTICIPANTS

Models, designers, and participants acknowledge:

Participation is voluntary
No guarantee of compensation
No guarantee of media exposure
No guarantee of bookings or opportunities

CONTENT CREATOR ZONE

By participating in the Content Creator Zone:

You grant Thickland the right to share, repost, distribute, and promote content captured during the event.

WEDDING ZONE DISCLAIMER

Thickland does not guarantee vendor performance, pricing, availability, or contractual obligations between attendees and wedding vendors. All agreements remain between the consumer and vendor.

REAL ESTATE, INSURANCE, TAX & PROFESSIONAL SERVICES DISCLAIMER

Information provided by exhibitors is for informational purposes only.

Thickland does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee services offered by exhibitors.

Attendees should seek independent professional advice.

HEALTH & BREAST CANCER BRUNCH DISCLAIMER

The Biggest Breast Cancer Brunch is intended for awareness, education, inspiration, and community engagement.

No information presented constitutes medical advice.

Participants should consult licensed healthcare professionals regarding medical concerns.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Thickland names, logos, slogans, branding, graphics, marketing materials, videos, photography, trademarks, and proprietary content remain the exclusive property of Thickland.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

FORCE MAJEURE

Thickland shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or damages resulting from:

Natural disasters
Weather events
Government actions
Pandemics
Labor disputes
Terrorism
Venue closures
Acts beyond reasonable control

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Venue for disputes shall be located in Atlanta, Georgia.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER

Participants agree that claims shall be brought individually and not as part of any class action proceeding.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing tickets, registering, exhibiting, sponsoring, volunteering, modeling, performing, attending, or otherwise participating in Thickland, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
